The pairing of beer and food is surging in popularity. This week, we’ll visit Cork Restaurant and get a glimpse of how they pair food with one of their 12 craft beers on tap. We’ll have a beer with Kevin Meeker, owner of Cork Restaurant, and get some insight to the future of craft beer and how beer plays a vital role in the preparation of the restaurants dishes. Afterwards, we’ll sit down with some beer enthusiast as they enjoy the debut of Founders Brewing beverages on tap for the first time in New Jersey.
